For all registration fees VAT (20%) is not included in price.

Early Bird Registration applies only for attendees who are pre-registered and for payments that are issued before the Early Bird Registration Deadline.

For attendees who are residents of Serbia (regardless of their Citizenship), all payments must be realized in Serbian Dinars (RSD), using the middle rate on the date of payment.

For Foreign attendees, all payments must be realized using the Bank Transfers. Exchange rates are defined by the Bank.

For all attendees on-site (domestic or foreign), all payments must be in Serbian Dinars. Payment instructions will be presented at the Registration Desk.

When registering, Ph.D. students need to upload proof that are current Ph.D. students before completing payment. Appropriate documentation should be signed and dated in a letter from the supervisor using the letterhead of the institution or a dated student card (only English or Former Yugoslavia languages accepted).

The Accompanying Person must be registered by the conference attendee using the registration form.
